About the Client

Our client is a sizable and well-established organization within the TMT sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Senior C&B Specialist.

About the role

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations
  • Answer employee enquiries and follow up on the issues raised by staff from time to time
  • Perform end to end payroll processing for Hong Kong regular payroll and new hire payroll
  • Handle all necessary employee pension schemes in the area of tax reporting and employer contributions (this includes MPF& ORSO schemes)
  • Manage a team of payroll specialists and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure proper processing of employee benefits and deductions
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and analyses to management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations specializing in compensation & benefits including payroll processing
  • Hands on experience in handling annual C&B exercises
  • Numerically sensitive and familiar in usage of HR systems
  • Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
