About Our Client
Our client is a renowned retail group with multi brands. They are now looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to join the regional call centre and perform daily call centre operations.


Responsibility

  • Handle day-to-day customer enquiries and complaints
  • Process daily orders via telephone, e-mail, live chat and assist the eCommerce platform operation
  • Maintain a close relationship with the Sales Department and Logistic Team to ensure the products are delivered on time
  • Coordinate with the Sales team for order status and credit issues
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide a variety of support services
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned


Requirements:

  • DSE or above with at least 5 years of solid customer service experience
  • Good telephone manners, strong hotline and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
