Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries over the phone, resolve customer concerns / complaints in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide professional service and prompt assistance to distributors, policyholders and potential clients
  • Investigate and solve clients' problems and recommend / deliver solution to clients. Identify opportunities to improve work efficient and effectiveness, make recommendations and implement.
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • A degree holder with 2+ years' solid hotline experience in insurance industry is preferable; Candidate will less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
  • Experience in leading or supervising a team of customer service staff
  • Willing to work on shift and rotation basis
  • IIQE registered
  • Completion of LOMA 280 & 290 is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Saturday, 9am - 1pm (twice a month with OT compensation)
