Senior Finance Manager - FP&A & Transformation

About the Client

Our client is a well-established statutory body. Currently, they are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager to lead their FP&A function and drive finance transformation projects.


About the Role

Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting cycles. You will review and improve existing management reporting mechanism. You will help to establish performance tracking metrics, build financial models to project scenarios for new initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimisation. Also, you will lead process and system enhancement projects to improve efficiency. You will manage an financial planning and analysis team and provide relevant training to upskill them. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
  • HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience, including FP&A and transformation exposure from sizable corporations
  • Public sector experience is a plus but not a must
  • Finance transformation experience is required
  • Proactive, hands-on, able to manage different stakeholders and drive changes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
