About the Role

- Develop and oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth

- Analyze key financial metrics and trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives

- Lead the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in FP&A roles within the FMCG or Retail industry

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

- Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
