- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence across the organization

- Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes

- Streamline financial processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a focus on operational excellence

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
