Senior Finance Manager - Transformation Focus

About the Client

Our client is a fast growing company with an expanding portfolios of technology solutions business in Hong Kong. To cater for the company's transformation projects, a need has arisen to recruit a Senior Finance Manager.

About the Role

You will sit under finance and report to the Finance Director. You will work as a finance project leader who is responsible for liaising with Finance Department, IT Department and external vendors for finance transformation projects. You will oversee the whole project cycle including project planning and design, UAT, documentation, master data maintenance and system go-live. You will understand the latest needs of the Finance Department and facilitate projects to boost the capacity for different accounting and finance tasks. Also, you will review and design financial process and workflow for re-engineering and streamlining purpose. You will help to identify risks and opportunities for improvement and ensure new practices align with internal control and compliance. Last but not least, you will organize trainings and upskill the finance users.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, including experience in leading finance transformation projects (e.g. system implementation, process enhancement)
  • Experience in using and implementing Oracle systems (EBS, Cloud) from planning to completion
  • Good understanding of accounting process and internal control is preferred
  • Independent, analytical, with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
