About our Client

My client is a Hong Kong Renowned Landlord who is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager to maximize the occupancy of their industrial portfolio.

About the Role

  • Implement leasing strategies for the company's industrial portfolio
  • Handle leasing inquiries, negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth leasing operations

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Real estate and related disciplines
  • 8 years' solid working experience in Leasing, Industrial experience is a plus
  • Professional memberships such as HKIS or RICS are advantage
  • Independent, Strategic and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
