About our Client

My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with diverse portfolio including hospitality, commercial and residential business. They are looking for a Senior Leasing Manager to creative some new shopping experience to the customers.

About the Role

  • Develop leasing strategies and re-zoning of the trade-mix
  • Lead a team to handle overall leasing matters including new let, cases renewal and negotiation etc.
  • Coordinate with other departments on mall's layout planning, tenants' fitting-out, promotion collaboration and so on
  • Maintain good rapport with tenants and other networks to explore potential opportunities

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
  • 10 years' relevant experience or above in shopping mall
  • Strategic, independent and good negotiation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
