About our Client

My client is a Hong Kong listed developer owns office and shopping malls in prime location. Due to their rapid business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to join their team.

About the Role

  • Assist in planning and implementing leasing strategy for the commercial building
  • Maintain relations between tenants and agencies
  • Prepare budget and rental proposals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on other area

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
  • 5 years' relevant experience or above
  • Strong business acumen with negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
