About our Client
A Real Estate Fund is looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to manage their retail portfolio
About the Role
- Handle overall leasing matters including new let, cases renewal and negotiation etc.
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors on mall's layout planning, tenants' fitting-out, promotion collaboration, tenant management and so on
- Maintain good rapport with tenants and other networks to explore potential opportunities
- Conduct market research, reports and analysis
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 4 years or above on Retail Leasing experience
- Energetic, open-minded and flexible
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
