About the client

My client is a sizeable organization focusing on housing development. The group dedicates to provide residential properties for over 40 years. Due to maintain their premium property service. They are looking for a Senior Maintenance Officer to join their team.

About the role

  • Address and solve the technical problems in an effective and efficient way e.g. installations, maintenance
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the contractor's performance
  • Deal with contractors in facility and maintenance management issues
  • Handle adminstration documents including but not limited to design drawing, annual budgets, surveys, reports

The successful applicants

  • Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in maintenance of residential building services
  • Grade B in the Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is necessary
