About the Client

Our client is a leading bank who is going through a digital transformation phase and they are now seeking for a Senior Manager in AI Agile Transformation to join their team

About the role,

Reporting to the Director, you will need to be experienced in delivering and managing business transformation projects and to be passionate about making an impact using new technologies, especially GenAI to shape businesses and create an Agile approach ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include managing programs and collaborating with different stakeholders in delivering cutting-edge technology projects and providing guidance as the company's direction in utilizing AI practice continues to grow. This includes developing technology strategy and roadmap on new AI methodology in tech solutions, operating models, governance and strategy. Lastly, foster collaboration between AI developers, data scientists, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.

The successful applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in AI or technology-driven projects will be a major advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience including a proven track record of successful technology implementations,
  • Demonstrated passion for new technology and its potential to improve society
  • Ability to understand and clearly articulate the value proposition of a delivery and the business case behind it
  • Be familiar with Agile methodologies and quality assurance tools such as JIRA, Confluence will be a big plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command in Chinese
