Responsibilities

Execute marketing campaigns and events to promot education related programs
Manage the timeline and quality of the projects which cover planning, organizing, implementing and budget management
Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Organise education related programs/ events including run-down, work-flow, set-up, logistics
Implement the Group's SOP and brand initiatives and ensuring consistent directions, messages, content, communications etc
Drive the development of marketing materials and creative assets, lead the collaboration with designers and copywriters and produce high quality deliverables
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development
Manage the social media platform
Perform any ad-hoc duties

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, business or other related disciplines
3 years' experience of developing marketing plans and organising campaigns
Outgoing personality and good people management and interpersonal skills
A good team player and willing to work under pressure
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
Willingness and ability to travel to mainland China
