About my client

Our client is a fast-growing retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for candidate to join their SME Product team for a Senior Product Manager position.

About the role

Reporting to the SME Product Head, you will be responsible for formulating and monitoring SME product and marketing strategies to achieve SME business target. Focusing on product development and product design (including SME loans, deposit, payroll etc.), you are required to develop product plans for SME segment and suggest marketing ideas aiming at enhancing customer acquisition, product penetration and cross selling opportunities. In addition, you will participate in digital initiatives, system enhancement projects and related compliance & AML issues to enhance business effectiveness.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of SME product development and / or SME segment management experience in retail banks.
  • Good knowledge in formulating product solutions for SME customers.
  • Multi-tasking, good project and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
