About the company

Our client is one of the top tier retail banking groups in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join their unsecured lending product team for a Senior Manager position.

About the role

Reporting to the Section Head of Retail Lending, you are responsible for developing overall product plans of personal loans products. You are requested to formulate strategies on product development, marketing and channel sales plans in achieving business targets. You need to manage product development from product pricing, features, product compliance to customer journey design to maximize business profits. In addition, you will participate in digital projects and system enhancement to achieve business growth effectively.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • University Graduate in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing unsecured Lending products in retail banks (banking experience required).
  • Excellent product knowledge in unsecured Loans and sound digital project management skills.
  • Strategic mind, good business sense and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
