About our Client

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Property Officer to join our team. The Senior Property Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing property operations, and ensuring the efficient and effective management of our real estate assets.

About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial, residential, and industrial assets
  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for each property in the portfolio
  • Oversee property maintenance and repair activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above on property management experience
  • Professional Qualification such as PMP Tier 2 licence
  • Energetic, willing to learn and flexible
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
