About Our Client
Our client is a leading European Buying Office with over 10,000 retail stores and supports online shopping, they are looking for a Sourcing Specialist in their Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities
- Perform and follow up all activities of possible sourcing duties and related documentations
- Monitor and follow up order management and production process
- Carry out travel plans and visits to trade fairs or suppliers for identify business opportunities
- Submit comparison documents and identify preferred submission in line with company procedures
- Communicate with different internal functional teams for all sourcing matters and process
- Support team members and training to related members
- Handle ad-hoc project as required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing/ order follow-up/ project management, preferably with experience in buying office, trading company
- Good command of both verbal and written in English and Mandarin
- General knowledge of MS office, Excel, Exchange or any supply chain software solutions is preferable
