Responsibilities

  • Contact potential business clients via telephone
  • Provide detailed information about the company's products
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales to complete orders
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Working Schedule

  • 5 days per week, Working hours: 09:00-18:00
