About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong developer with residential, hotel and commercial buildings. They are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Lead a team to formulate and implement sustainability strategies, policies and action plans
- Keep track the company's environmental performance to achieve 2030 carbon reduction targets
- Develop and implement the ISO Integration Management System
- Manage data collection and verification
- Develop programmes and campaign to drive tenants' engagement in sustainability
- Collaborate with different departments to implement community engagement
The successful applicants
- Degree in Environmental Science or other related disciplines
- 8 years' or above of related working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strategic, detail-minded and good communication skills
