About our Client

My client is a Hong Kong developer with residential, hotel and commercial buildings. They are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join their team.

About the Role

  • Lead a team to formulate and implement sustainability strategies, policies and action plans
  • Keep track the company's environmental performance to achieve 2030 carbon reduction targets
  • Develop and implement the ISO Integration Management System
  • Manage data collection and verification
  • Develop programmes and campaign to drive tenants' engagement in sustainability
  • Collaborate with different departments to implement community engagement

The successful applicants

  • Degree in Environmental Science or other related disciplines
  • 8 years' or above of related working experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strategic, detail-minded and good communication skills
