About The Client

We are helping a global manufacturer to look for an experienced System Manager with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA ERP, specificially in production planning and quality management modules. As an Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and enhancement of the system in Southeast Asia.

Job Description

  • Report to department head, lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in PP & QM modules, ensuring successful system deployment and integration
  • Involve in project implementation include user requirement alignment and functional specification design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT development, basis, and other BUs to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of the system
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization after system go life
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system, with a focus on PP & QM data, implement data governance and security measures
  • Provide support and user-training to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 5-6 years' working experience in ERP system implementation, with SAP S/4 HANA integration experience, preferably working at manufacturing, logistic, supply chain industries
  • Proficiency in managing PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules
  • Excellent project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid vendor management experience, be a strong influencer and executor with proven track record
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
