About our Client

My client is a Hong Kong Listed Developer who owns intensive portfolio of residential, commercial and shopping mall. Currently they are looking for a Technical Manager to join their team.

About the Role

  • Act as Technical-in-charge of technical team and stationed in HQ
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies for residential and commercial portfolio
  • Lead and manage a team for executing repair and maintenance tasks
  • Get involved in tendering procedures for major maintenance / enhancement projects, i.e. preparation of tender document, reviewing tender queries and carrying out tender analysis
  • Address Owner's Committee's queries about maintenance works and prepare corresponding document for execution

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines
  • 8 years or above experience in Maintenance and Repair or Project
  • Candidate with professional qualifications such as HKIE is a plus
  • Independent, Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
