Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze macroeconomic policies and industry development trends, assess key investment opportunities in the field of hard technology (especially AI), stay updated with industry dynamics, and provide industry research and analysis reports
  • Independently identify and execute projects, collect and organize information and data on potential investment projects, perform in-depth analysis and research for each investment opportunity, design investment plans, organize due diligence, and prepare investment proposals
  • Handle investment project negotiations and implementation, develop investment decision documents, draft investment agreements, and complete investment processes and related procedures in accordance with the investment agreements
  • Monitor and manage invested projects, assist invested companies in improving business performance and management capabilities, assess project risks, and promptly address any issues that arise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known domestic or foreign university
  • At least three years of experience in investment, consulting, finance, internet, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of the hard technology industry and track record of successful investment and exit cases in the field is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate investment risks and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present investment proposals and negotiate investment terms
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages is preferred, as the role may involve communication with international stakeholders
