About Our Client
Our client is a global leading logistics company, they are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team who will report to the Telesales Manager and responsible for inbound and outbound calling to customer to promote the company products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote company products and services to customer in order to generate business leads and achieve business targets
- Retain existing customer and follow up their account activities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calling to customer for business activities
- Develop business opportunity and business growth by providing professional services and consultation
- Support business projects in country level and regional level
- Handle any ad-hoc task as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- At least 2 years of Sales/ Customer Services experience in any industry
- With working experience/ knowledge in logistics industry would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient PC skills in Word and Excel
