Job Description

Temporary Event and Marketing Officer (2-month contract)

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for running physical events and exhibitions
  • Promote services to existing and new customers, and also VIPs
  • Call and liaise with external customers to prepare quotations and to obtain contract confirmation
  • Serve and manage clients from preshow to post show support
  • Provide on-site support
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Prepare event related administrative support

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Event Management/ Marketing/ Communications/ Business or other related discipline
  • 2 years' experience in event, marketing, customer services industries
  • Proficient in account servicing with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua

Contract period: 2 months

Location: Wong Chuk Hang and AWE
