About The Client

Our client is a global retail FMCG group and they are looking for Test Manager (eCommerce/Digital) to join their team.

Job Description

  • Lead a QA team to deliver high quality digital customer experience on web and mobile application (Global users)
  • Work closely with BUs to identify and analyse business initiatives and customer behavior by improving the existing functions on application
  • Provide UAT guidance to both regional and local teams
  • Design and prioritize project testing plan by analyzing and reviewing the product requirements to determine test needs
  • Track and locate product defects or problems
  • Report progress to varying levels of stakeholders and provide insight on new digital technologies

Qualifications:

  • Passion in digital and eCommerce business
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 2 years of leadership experience with around 5 years' focus in software UAT, preferably working at retail, ecommerce & FMCG industries
  • Good sense and understanding of digital customer behavior
  • Experience in defining test strategy, designing test plan and test case
  • Skills in using JIRA
  • Relevant testing qualifications is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high ability to work with all business levels
  • Good command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
