Job Description
醫療美容中心 Receptionist (銅鑼灣/觀塘)
日期：星期一至六
時間：12pm-9pm (Mon-Fri) / 1030am - 630pm (Sat & Public Holiday)
地點：銅鑼灣 / 觀塘
薪金：$15-17k (包括勤工獎金)
❌無需跑數
職責：
- 接待顧客、接聽電話及安排客人的療程預約時間
- 跟進顧客預約服務，開單，收銀
- 保持品牌形象及提高顧客服務水準
- 與顧客建立良好關係
- 處理一般行政及文書工作
要求：
- 中五或以上程度
- 具美容行業經驗優先
- 細心、有耐性、有禮貌及勤奮, 有團隊精神
- 懂電腦操作
- 良好會話能力
