About The Role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our services to meet their needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to drive mutual success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, sharing relevant information with clients to enhance their business strategies.





The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in account management, sales management within the logistics industry
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
