About the Client

Our client is one of the most well recognized firm in Hong Kong with offices and operations around the world. With its growing portfolio in different sectors, they are now seeking for an AI Engineer in Generative AI to cope with their fast expansion.

About the Role


Reporting to the Director, you will need to identify use cases for GenerativeAI as well as collection and processing of data to be used as input into GenAI models. You will design, implement, and maintain AI systems with a focus on NLP applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Work in all aspects of AI for speech and audio processing, including speech recognition, speech synthesis, speaker identification, keyword spotting, and acoustic event detection. Working at the edge of AI/ML technologies to help business stakeholders to leverage the value of unstructured data, to uncover the hidden power of accumulated enterprise information. Apply relevant AI and machine learning techniques to build voice interfaces and technology that improve products and experiences. In addition, you will also collaborate with the development and research team to develop new models and algorithms. You will also be responsible for initiating, development & delivery of data science solutions in an agile fashion to the business to provide insights & improvement to business processes or support the creation of innovative business models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on AI Engineering and NLP
  • Minimum 5+ years professional experience in software engineering / data engineering / machine learning engineering or a similar role
  • Professional experience with NLP and with Large Language Models (LLM)/GenAI technology like OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, Synthesia, Langchain, HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch and similar
  • Experience with AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure with MLOps, CI/CD pipeline development, containerization, model deployment in test and production environments
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed computing environments and knowledge in Azure will be a huge plus
  • Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, including model deployment, serving and monitoring
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Proven experience in AI system development and NLP research, with a portfolio of relevant projects.
  • Good command in Chinese and English
