About The Client

Our client is a well-known bank and they are seeking for Assistant Manager, IT Operation & Support Service to join their IT team.

Job Description

  • Responsible for all bank's system regular enhancement, maintenance and support
  • Lead and supervise support service team to provide user support and troubleshoot
  • Review business requirements and provide constructive feedback
  • Review log and liaise with development and infrastructure team to ensure bank's system quality
  • Conduct regular review on system operation and establish proper guidelines and procedure to enhance overall work efficiency
  • Prepare technical documents and assist in risk impact



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Experience in monitoring and supporting bank's system such as EIS, OA, online banking, AML or mobile banking
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in application or system support, preferably working at bank or vendor
  • Team leading experience is a plus
  • Good team player, self-motivated and good at problem solving
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
