About The Client

We are seeking for highly skilled and experienced Application Support Specialist to join a global medical device company.


Job Description

  • Report to global head, provide application support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, both remotely and onsite
  • Assist in application installation, data integrity, configuration, deployment of new software and hardware devices
  • Conduct thorough analysis of application and system problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and systems
  • Document technical issues and prepare user training



Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/application support, preferably working at sizable company or IT consulting companies
  • With client facing experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge in SQL, Oracle Database, PL/SQL or MSSQL
  • Familiar with inventory, laboratory, analyzer management systems is an advantage
  • Willing to learn, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command in both English and Chinese (Fluent in both Cantonese & Mandarin)
