About the Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based premium healthcare service provider committed to provide prestigious healthcare and wellness services to patients. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to join them.

About the Role

Reporting to Head of Business Development, you are responsible for delivering the highest-quality guest experience for their key account clients. Besides, you will develop and plan guest recognition, with a focus on building connections, planning & preparing visit and the overall guest experience . Also, you will work closely with different department including Sales, Operations and Marketing teams on various initiatives for cohesive alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years of working experience with Sales/Reservations/Guest Relations in Hospitality sector
  • Good interpersonal, presentable, well-organized, customer-oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
