About our client

Our client is an international hotel chain with a strong presence globally. We are looking for an F&B Assistant Manager for one of their Chinese restaurant in their hotel property in Jeju Korea. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of F&B experience in luxury hotel brands, and fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the outlet
  • Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals
  • Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintain constant supervision of associates regarding performance, product knowledge, and grooming
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in a similar capacity
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, other languages are a plus
