About our client

Our client is one of the luxury private membership clubs in Hong Kong, we are looking for a Guest Relations/ Receptionist to join their team.

About the role

  • Provide an excellent experience for members and guests, and handle all guest interactions and bookings
  • Maintaining effective communication to ensure that all related parties are informed of any relevant issues/queries/VIP guest requests that have arisen
  • Involved in different guest relations activities, maintaining and renewing guest profiles regularly
  • Maintain a professional attitude and grooming in the workplace
  • Prepare operation reports for all related parties, administer booking system, and ensure smooth communication with all the department
  • Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the supervisor

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel, clubhouse, or catering group
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage
  • Outgoing, friendly with strong problem-solving skills
