About the Client

Our client is a well-established organization within the Consumer Goods sector with a strong track record of success across Asia. Due to upcoming expansion plans, they are now actively seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Assistant Director, HR Shared Services.

About the Role

  • Manage the payroll team which provides payroll solutions across different geographies
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of benefit programs, plans, policies, and processes
  • Effectively manage the HR administration team which administer the HRIS system and other associated tasks as part of group HR processes
  • Plan and prioritize workload to ensure key HR business processes have the resource to provide the agreed service levels
  • Develop efficient and effective HR business processes that meet the needs of the business
  • Identify customer-impacting issues and implement solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management and or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience focusing in Payroll Management and C&B
  • Experience in the design, development and implementation along with improvement of Shared Services function is highly preferred
  • Strong HR knowledge of Hong Kong, Asia Pacific and or other overseas market is a definite advantage
  • Process driven, numerically sensitive with strong communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient user of HR system and MS Office
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
