About our client

Our client is an IT Infrastructure Solution Provider with a global presence. Currently, with the need for business expansion, they are looking for a (Assistant) Network Consult to join their solution team.

About the role

  • Cooperating with the sales team to collect and analyze the technical requirement of the client, so as to provide effective and suitable network/wireless system solutions
  • Providing on-site installation/deployment/upgrade/support projects to clients
  • Providing post-sales support and advice to clients
  • Cooperating with the R&D team to explore and develop new trended market solutions
  • Perform IT administration duties, including documentation, user guideline drafting, user training, etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
  • 2+ years or above working experience in networking; Juniors with a strong interest in the network industry will also be considered
  • Familiar with router & switch, LAN/WLAN, Wireless network devices, routing protocol, Network/Cyber Security
  • On-job training will be provided; Business travel is required
  • Holder of CCNA/CCNP would be an advantage
  • Good communication, project management and team working spirit
  • Good command of Chinese(Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
