About the Client

Our client is one of the leading Healthcare Products producers in the market. As a result of business growth and expansion, they are now seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to oversee their business for the assigned key accounts.

About the Role

  • Manage the business performance of the assigned key accounts
  • Develop, execute and evaluate the promotion plans to achieve the sales target
  • Explore new business opportunities via different channels
  • Lead and motivate a team of in-store promoters
  • Formulate effective sales & marketing plan with the agencies in the mainland

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing or any relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years of sales management and Key Account Management experience in the FMCG industry with solid track record of success
  • Strong connection with local FMCG Key Accounts is required
  • Prior in-store promoters management experience is a must
  • Exposure in the mainland market is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
