About the Client

Our client is a listed pharmaceutical company with an innovative specialty drug pipeline with a series of new product lauches. With a primary focus on drug development and a continuous development plan for their clinical operations team, they are now inviting Clinical Trial Manager to lead their team.

About the Role

  • Supervise daily operations of clinical trial team including management of CROs
  • Manage vendor selection, trial budget and timeline management, quality standards including the set-up of trial master file, site selection and management of vendor contracts and budget negotiation, and RFP/vendor proposal process
  • Review and ensure company standard operational procedures, ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements are fulfilled
  • Mentor the clinical operations team to ensure clinical trials including site management and monitoring responsibilities are up to standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science related disciplines
  • Minimun 5 years' clinical trial experience ideally with team management expereince
  • A good problem solver, well-organtized and detail-minded
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
