About the Client

Our client is a market leading medical device company with an international presence. They are pioneer in inventing and manufacturing top-notch medical technologies. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for a Compliance Executive to join their Hong Kong office.

About the Role

  • Report to the Assistant Manager
  • Conduct researches relating to corporate compliance matters (e.g. regulations, policies, etc.)
  • Review and consider whether a business transaction is in line with the company's compliance policies
  • Review and revise the company's compliance policies and related standard operating procedures
  • Conduct education/training for compliance to employees
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate compliance/ legal in sizeable corporations
  • Detail-minded, independent and able to multi-task
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is an advantage
