About our Client
Our clients are well known brands within IT & T, Public Utitilies, Banking and Logistic with large customer base and diversify of products/services. To cope with the business expansion plan, they are seeking for potential candidate for their Corporate Customer Services Team:
Responsibilities:
- To handle all corporate customer inquiries
- Provide backend support to smooth the operation
- handle escalation and referral cases from head office
- Deliver a satisfactory hotline service through telephone and contribute to achievement of various prescribed service targets
Requirement:
- HKDSE/ HKCEE or above, good problem solving, decision-making and judgment
- One year corpoarate account servicing experience
