About the Client

Reporting to the department head, you will provide strategic direction to ensure the success of technology growth by driving utilization of new innovation and ensuring resources are focussed and aligned. The purpose of the job role is to be responsible for and actively contribute to leading and organizing innovation efforts and promoting conditions and capabilities in support of innovation, for different stakeholders in the company. You will initiate relevant tech innovation , including research for new market opportunities, user needs and generate business to fulfil business needs. Build and maintain a strategic programme for implementing the innovation strategy and ensure that the resources needed to deliver the innovation objectives are present. Lastly, this role involves providing visionary leadership, driving the overall program strategy, and ensuring the successful execution of complex initiatives that lead to organizational growth, agility and optimization for the whole ecosystem.

The Successful Application

  • Minimum 10 years of experience of developing strategic plans and corporate objectives
  • Experience in successfully leading the ideation and transformation in a large complex political environment
  • Experience working with new technology, incubation and innovation companies will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal stakeholders and committee members
  • Substantial track record of successful negotiation and implementation of complex commissioning programmes with multiple stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of establishing and building effective partnership arrangements Experienced in creating business strategies, leading teams, inspiring external clients on accepting new digital technology enablement
  • Ability and interest in managing and communicating IT strategy and solutions to C-levels
  • Good command in English and Chinese
