About The Client

Our clients are well-established company in Retail/Education industry and they are looking for Senior IT Manager to join their team.

Job Descriptions

  • Act as a Team Lead, lead and motivate internal IT team to achieve business goals
  • Lead and manage ERP system migration, data integrity and application development projects
  • Responsible for project planning and objective setting, road mapping, design, development, UAT to roll out
  • Handle change requests and to ensure business requirements are aligned with business goals and internal policies
  • Identify and manage vendors to ensure service quality and deliverables
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose relevant technical solutions to fulfil and improve business operation



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in transforming ERP system, preferably working at FMCG, retail or education industries
  • Proficiency in managing ERP (i.e. Dynamic, Oracle), CRM and POS integration
  • Good business sense and capable to guide the team for achieving project objectives successfully
  • Proven track record in vendor management and project management
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers and partners in all-levels
  • Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded, and presentable
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
