About The Client

Our client is a well-known public sector in Hong Kong and they are looking for Senior/System Analyst to join their team.

Job Descriptions

  • Report to Senior IT Manager, responsible for digital application and corporate systems implemenetation and integration projects
  • Act as a technical lead to drive projects and manage vendors to ensure the deliverables and quality
  • Conduct system design, requirement analysis, code review, and UAT
  • Manage API and data integration to ensure a smooth interaction between data, applications and devices
  • Communicate with business and stakeholders to understand and identify their needs and improve system functionality
  • Resolve technical issues with the team and keep the existing system up-to-dated



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
  • 6 years of work experience in system design with coding background is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and vendor management experience
  • Proficient in Java, Spring boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, SQL
  • Experience in transforming back office system such as HR, Finance, CRM or other legacy systems to cloud based
  • Practical in API development and data integration is highly preferred
  • Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded, and work as a team
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
