You will be a part of the dynamic team working on a groundbreaking global ERP SAP project, shaping the future of their business operations. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of their SAP system. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the smooth flow of information and a seamless transition to their new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct detailed business requirements analysis and documentation, working closely with International stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  2. Liaise with the SAP technical team to ensure the alignment of business requirements with system capabilities and development plans.
  3. Assist in the design and configuration of SAP ERP modules, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the business.
  4. Participate in testing and validation activities, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the system before rollout.
  5. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SAP system, addressing user queries and issues promptly and effectively.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of relevant experience as business analysis,
  3. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  4. Deep understanding and experience with SAP (S4 HANA, Concur, Ariba, ECC) system, including its modules and functionalities.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
