About The Client

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager to join our team at a leading FMCG group in global. The selected candidate will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of an omni-channel ecosystem, with a primary focus on developing a new e-commerce platform from end-to-end.


Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the omni-channel ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on launching a new ecommerce platform
  • Gather and understand users requirement, facilitate change requests on systems to ensure the entire ecommerce, POS and supply chain systems are smoothly operated
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure seamless integration and operation of new platform, and drive successful project outcomes
  • Manage vendors to ensure their quality of service and support in region
  • Maintain the core application system to support new store opening and supply chain operation across region
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to IT teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively and efficiently



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 10 years of work experience in IT application with at least 2 year in global retail system roll out
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing ecommerce projects from inception to completion is highly preferred
  • Extensive experience in SAP & Supply Chain project implementation
  • Strong understanding with Supply Chain operation (from ordering to logistic) with in-depth insight into diversified omni-channel ecosystem
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate and mentor local and regional teams, and contractors
  • Solid in vendor management and establish strong relationship with them
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) are required, fluent in Mandarin speaking is preferred
