About our client

Our client is a fintech startup, providing cutting-edge and industry-leading payment solutions to the Asia market. They are currently looking for an IT Operations Manager to handle their growing business in Hong Kong

About the role

  • Supervising and managing the operations of IT assets in the regional office, including application, system, server, network, security planning, etc.
  • Leading a small team, providing hands-on L1/L2 support to the local users
  • Providing insights and coming up with solutions from the perspective of regional users to enhance internal IT operation standard
  • Managing vendors and remote supports on perform under SLA so as to deliver smooth IT operation in both application and infrastructure sides
  • Identifying training needs and conducting IT training on new technology implementation
  • Managing IT assets lifecycle and IT inventory planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in the IT sector, with at least 2 years of experience in IT Management/Project Management/IT Service Delivery
  • Bachelor or above holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong experience in IT service delivery and IT operations and supporting from financial sector, such as payment platform, securities, virtual bank, etc.
  • Experience in project management and vendor management on application, infrastructure and networking security
  • Experience in ITIL framework process(Change/Incident/Problem Management); With ITIL certification is a plus
  • Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin) is essential
