About Our Client

Our client is a leading digital lifestyle platform with over 5M of users across Hong Kong and Asia. They are looking for a Division Manager to lead a team of 10 as the Sales Team Head, who would be responsible for business development, account management, sales management, and coaching new joiners.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for business development, account management, and platform development
  • Build and strengthen relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Monitor and management sales performance, and provide recommendation to achieve sales targets
  • Develop solid strategies with action plans to penetrate the market
  • Coordinate with different internal parties to builds key customer relationships, negotiates and closes deals

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 6 years in B2B sales filed with at least 1 years in management position with hands-on experience
  • With sales experience in Media, e-Commerce, Online Job Board would be an advantage
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
