About Our Client :

Our client is a well known fast fashion brand and currently looking for a Operations Support Officer to join the dynamic team.

About the Role :

  • Assist to manage all store supplies including shipment supplies and fixtures
  • Assist inventory monitoring, loss prevention and training support
  • Translate regular documents and act as a Japanese/Chinese interpreter
  • Take meeting minutes and prepare documents if needed
  • Communicate with different parties to support and ensure smooth store operations

The Successful Candidate :

  • Certified Japanese language proficiency test with Level 1 is a must
  • University degree with at least 1 years operations support
  • Excellent spoken and written Japanese / Mandarin / English
  • Good at communication skills and good team player
