About the Client
Our client is a leading professional accounting body with strong global presence. To cope with their continuous business growth in Asia and their continuous believe in providing the best customer service to their memebers, they are now inviting a high caliber incumbent to join their global team as a Training Manager for their global contact center.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Service Delivery Manager the headquarter based in Australia, you will work closely with the global contact center team to deploy a new system for the organization to improve customer service standard delivery and efficiency of a global omni-channel contact center. You are also responsible for designing training programs to uplift the hard skills and soft skills of the contact center team, to ensure the delivery of an exceptional and seamless customer service experience delivered to their exclusive members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in education, human resources or related discipline, prior experience in business coaching working in a contact center is highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years' solid experience in managing and designing training programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and multinational teammates
- Good team player, detail-minded, and passionate with training
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Traveling is required for this role if safe to do so
