About our client
Our client is one of the top membership clubs in Hong Kong, providing numerous catering and sports events, recreation facilities, and entertainment resources to their members. They are looking for a Guest Relations to join one of the French fine-dining restaurant in their private members clubhouse.
About the role
- Handle all guest interactions and bookings
- Develop and maintain a close relation with the members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Maintaining effective communication to ensure that all related parties are informed of any relevant issues/queries/VIP guest requests that have arisen
- Involved in different guest relations activities, maintaining and renewing guest profiles on a regular basis
- Maintain a professional attitude and grooming in the workplace
- Prepare operation reports for all related parties
- Promote facilities and services to Members, collecting relevant comments to pass to their related teams for follow-up and future planning
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the supervisor
- Provide an excellent experience for members and guests
- Administering booking system, and ensuring smooth communication with all the department
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in hotel, clubhouse, or catering group
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage
- Patient and friendly with problem-solving skills
